The course in Personal Blogging at The Leinster Institute of Further Education is a relaxed and fun-filled programme aimed at people of all ages and walks of life who have an interest in taking up blogging for non-professional reasons.

Topics covered include

• What are blogs? Who blogs and why?
• How blogging is fulfilling
• How to begin
• Your readers
• The (unwanted) eavesdroppers

Throughout the course examples of existing blogs will be used to demonstrate concepts.

The introductory programme runs from 7 to 9pm every second Monday with advanced tuition on the technical (software) aspects on offer every other Monday.
